To compare the quagmire in Iraq, which has been reported upon by many different people with competing interests (including a large number of Republicans and ex-neocons) to a TV drama like "24" betrays a rather psychotic view of reality. Underlying this psychosis is a clear inability to accept that things you find unpleasant which undermine your worldview may, in fact, be true. Good luck with that.

Jeff, you're walking around with your zipper down, and it pains me not to say something about it.
When you spend what looks like quite a long time writing a bunch of ad hominem comments and unsupportable claims, when instead you could have focused on trying to prove me wrong via the use of facts in one of the many places where I have successfully carried my point, it says a lot about you and your worldview. If you had the means to prove me wrong in even a single instance, it would have been to your great benefit to write that instead. You know this, of course, and the frustration you feel at not being able to get your point across has fueled an evening of furious typing, "full of sound and fury, signifying nothing."
Now, this points to the reason I'm here. Because I value an unvarnished understanding of the world, instead of opting for a nice safe echo chamber as you do, I frequently seek out Bush supporters just to see if there is a coherent argument in support of what appears to be the worst administration in US history. When I read comments like yours above, I correctly understand that no such argument exists, and that the people who wish they had such an argument are mighty pissed off when one points out their shortcomings.
Thanks for the demonstration. I'm apt to be back to once again to point out your intellectual bankruptcy. In the meantime, if you want to avoid a bit of the humiliation you suffered this time around, I recommend you read up. At the absolute least, learn what a strawman argument is.
