Himself an ex-Muslim, Fawstin describes Pigman this way:
Pigman is a ruthless, counter-jihad superhero comic book created by an ex-Muslim cartoonist as a response to 9/11. It brings him face to face with the enemy in the form of his brother.Pigman's superhero mask is made out of pig skin in an extra effort to offend the jihadis he fights.
The force is strong in this one.
Fawstin's website is here, blog is here, and Infidel/Pigman merchandise here.
Since Fawstin was born a Muslim, expect a death fatwa within hours of the book being published. The only thing the jihadis hate more than Scandinavians making fun of them in cartoon form is ex-Muslim criticism.
To be honest, I've only read one "graphic novel" in my life (I'm guessing my Spider Man "comics" don't count) and that was Art Spiegelman's "Maus". I'll make Infidel my second.
That is, if it is ever published. I can't imagine a publisher with the balls.....

Tripwire at Zone-H writes:
The effect of those extremely graphic porn sites, written in Arabic, on a growing Middle East audience, is potentially more devastating in the medium term than a full scale conventional war.So, if sending porn to Saudi Arabia will weaken the power of the clerics, I'm all for it. I'm convinced that if things continue along the present tragectory, we will eventually be forced in to a hot war with them. And the Pakistanis. And Sudan. Etc, etc, etc.If you get exposed, and then used, to western porn, well, not only your private morality but even your public morality will became weaker over time. You’ll begin questioning the social order, family values and traditions, religion, women role in society, the government, everything: it’s much more effective than a high altitude bombing, indeed.
If porn changes their culture so that we won't have to fight them, I can support the intentional distribution of it. Even if you despise porn, you have to admit that it's a lot less harmful than war.
But if there are really long term benefits to this tool in our arsenal, then it seems there are also near-term costs. Traditional Islamic societies hate us for a number of reasons, but our decadent views on sexuality are on that list.
So, the porn bomb? I dunno, makes sense to me on one level. But on another level I wonder whether we should give Muslims yet another reason to hate us?
What do you think?

WND has this tidbit from Aaron Klein's new book:
"I agree with what this O'Donnell says. ...We welcome Rosie O'Donnell to stay among us and to get to know the truth from being here, like many American peace activists are doing," said Ala Senakreh, West Bank chief of the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades terrorist organization. No surprise here.

"I feel like an ergonomic keyboard."
Such a warm and fuzzy feeling, as Tipu is welcomed back into the MSA fold.
One of the members is a bit extremist... but he doesn't really mean it.

A new propaganda video from the al Qaeda-linked Islamic State of Iraq (ISI) features small children with AK-47 assault rifles. The narrator of the video refers to these young boys as the "new generation" of mujahedeen.AllahP has the relevant clip from the video here.In one scene, a small child who appears to be around seven- or eight-years-old is holding an AK-47 and reciting what he says are quotes from the prophet Mohammed. Then a group of small children are seen, each holding an AK-47.
The video is called 'The Lost Arrow'. If you want to see the full 20 minute video, drop me a line and I'll send it to you.
Also featured on the video:
Al Qaeda murdering American hostage Jack Hensley.
Al Qaeda desecrating the bodies of Thomas Tucker and Kristian Menchaca
Al Qaeda murdering Iraqi prisoners.
The new softer side of al Qaeda.......

Big Johnson notes : "In World War II, America knew how to create effective propaganda. These days ... not so much."
I think America still knows how to do propaganda. It's just that our government refuses to lead the charge. Our President whines about the media's focus on the negative while he refuses to make a concerted effort to counter it. Our troops have been winning this war on the battlefield while our government has been losing it on the home front. Everyone knows this is the case, and yet Bush is unwilling or unable to fix it.
Sometimes, I wonder if Bush is a political masochist. Sometimes, I wonder if our President actually WANTS to be a political martyr.

This is a specific example of the general idea that peace is always an option. Where there is a conflict, one side or the other always has the option of capitulating and thereby garnering short-term peace.
Thus, when the Barbary Pirates asked President Jefferson for bribes in exchange for peace, he could have paid their bribes rather than engaging us in a war.
In the 1940s, we could have decided that the conflict between Germany and the British was "not our problem," and sat back and let the Europeans sort it out.
When the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor, FDR could have realized that the conflict arose out of our meddling in the Far East (which it did), that we'd "brought it on ourselves," and that we'd be better off moving our sphere of influence back from the Pacific. We had the option of abandoning the people of the Pacific Rim under the heel of Japanese Imperialism.
When the Chinese moved into Korea, we could have decided Korea wasn't worth one American life or one American dollar, and allowed the entire peninsula to become the hell that is now North Korea.
At different junctures in our history, our efforts to spread democracy and freedom to the darker corners of the world have always caused us trouble.
Our belief that the world should be free has always cost us--sometimes dearly.
But, at the end of the day, it is what we have done, time and time again.
We are America. Freedom is just what we do. We are Reagan's "shining city on a hill," and the citizens of this beautiful city care deeply about freedom--not only for ourselves, but for the hundreds of millions of our fellow human beings who are still trapped in darkness.
And if we ever stop caring about that, we will cease to be America.

Now, I happen to know that there is more than one person running as Sahab, but I'd guess that fewer than a handful are significant in the actual production of the videos.

His shameless defense: that the "trial's still going on." That's true in the case of Frank Wuterich, but the charges have been dropped against three other Marines and Murtha made no distinctions between them last year when he accused them of having murdered Iraqis "in cold blood."
The reason this is a "blood libel" is that the accusation that US Marines are "cold blooded killers" continues to circulate in the Sunni Arab press, and Murtha's statement is often cited as "evidence" that "every one knows" that Americans routinely murder civilians.
And why is it that many Sunnis join the Islamist "resistance"? Because they are convinced that we are the bad guys. There is a moral imperative to fight Americans because of this kind of propaganda.
Of course, when our soldiers intentionally kill civilians they are prosecuted. Case in point: Haditha--when even the appearance of wrongful deaths leads to a prosecution.
When their soldiers intentionally kill civilians they are praised. Case in point: a video released by Ansar al-Sunnah--a Sunni Islamist group--this past week showing two civilians murdered by the group.
They're so proud of these murderers that they make a snuff video showing just how awesome it is to kill civilians!
Thank you Jack Murtha. People like you who slander our troops help our enemies recruit new blood so they can kill your fellow Americans.

But I don't think it's borderline Trutherism to suggest the most recent bin Laden video might have been faked. It's not grasping at straws to notice that the "video" was actually two short video clips between which a long audio was superimposed over a static frame.
Further, the video was very unclear. Even in the 500+ meg large version of the video was fuzzy. Not like al Qaeda's as Sahab production at all.
Since I was gone over the weekend I missed AllahP's initial post, but caught it over at LGF today.
Here it is. Judge for yourself. It's pretty freakin' amazing. He even conveniently freezes the image whenever a name from current events is mentioned. Wow.
I expect Kafir, who knows more about video editing, will have some more to say on this.

I may need to rethink my position. Software such as that sure would explain the mysteriously missing gaps in the video.
But as much as I am hopeful that bin Laden is dead, I think the default position has to be changed to bin Laden is alive.
Do we have any more proof skeptics? I think the safer bet is on bin Laden alive, but would loved to be shown the error of my ways.

How dare the right wing! Olbermann would never level such a criticism of at the right, would he?
Why, yes. Yes, he would. He has many times.
It's amazing that Keith Olbermann can switch on a light without killing himself.

As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving al Qaeda or bin Laden approaches one.Exhibit A: Who's worse, Reagan or bin Laden?
Exhibit B: Who's worse, Rupert Murdoch or al Qaeda?
Bin Laden as the new Hitler and al Qaeda as the new Nazis. Makes perfect sense to me and the perfect tool for all dumb analogies.

The three releases could mean nothing, could be a sign of an impending attack, or could mean that since al Qaeda is incapable of launching a major attack that they are relegated to making silly videos. And since we don't know, take this as a sign of nothing.
Message to Adam Gadahn: You're still on my personal vendetta list. Watch. Your. Back. And if you're so brave, how come the Z man has you on typing duty? Why aren't you out there with the real mujahideen. Coward.

Prosperity alone in Muslim world might not be enough to bring freedom of expression, equality and education of women. For instance, Saudi Arabia and many other Middle Eastern states are unable to enjoy freedom despite being relatively prosperous. We’ve also noticed that some rich Muslims, while enjoying their personal liberties, also sponsor Islamic extremism. Muslim nations, first, need to change their attitude towards life. They have to adhere to a tolerant attitude first. That’s why I have suggested in the outlines of the New Islam, “Muslim societies cannot find the track of reality and truth without the adoption of real freedom of expression.†After adoption of this attitude, they can easily move to equality and prosperity.Interesting.

The video shows a Boba Fett clone action figure getting beheaded by ......wait for it..... Sandpeople! A Jawa watches as the Tusken Raiders kill the clone.
You just can't make this stuff up! Is Khattab that stupid to not get it that this video is supposed to be offensive to Muslims? Yes, he is. He might want to read my Jawas explained: a guide to My Pet Jawa.
What makes the video so offensive isn't the stupid Star Wars action figures--that alone would be kind of funny in that sort of South Park way. It's the fact that it actually uses sounds from the Daniel Pearl murder video that makes it disgusting.
Joseph Cohen, you are a dumbass. A sick one. Video below. Thanks to Ari for the tip.
Definitely NSFW and definitely disgusting. more...

The recent al Furqan video shows what is claimed to be an al Qaeda IED attack on a police vehicle in Fallujah. But the video appears to be the same as an earlier attack claimed by Jaish al-Mujahideen.
You mean terrorists are stealing other terrorists videos? How could they stoop to such levels.
Top: Frame from Jaish al Mujahideen video
Bottom: Frame Islamic State of Iraq video
The complaint can be found here.
Most likely explanation? IED freelancers are videotaping their attacks and then selling them to the top bidder who then throw a watermark on it and then distribute via the internet.

The establishment media also has become more willing to show graphic video of US casualties at the hands of the enemy. CNN aired an insurgent sniper video obtained directly from the enemy. ABC News aired video of a Bradley armored vehicle blown up by an improvised explosive device as six American soldiers died inside, then exploited the grief of family members to attack the current “surge†of troops in Iraq. Similarly, CBS News spiked a story containing video originally posted on an al Qaeda propaganda website, but posted the same video on its own website.....Twas not so. Read the whole thing.Take, for example, the coverage of events in Anbar province. In September-November 2006, the Washington Post ran a series of articles suggesting that the US military was unable to defeat the bloody insurgency in western Iraq “or counter al-Qaeda’s rising popularity there.†These stories were echoed in the New York Times/International Herald Tribune, The Christian Science Monitor, NBC News, ABC News, CNN, the AP and others, down to local TV.

3rd HBCT Public Affairs
FORWARD OPERATING BASE HAMMER, Iraq – Insurgents who target coalition and Iraqi security forces sometimes miss the mark – with grave consequences for Iraqi civilians.
Soldiers from Troop C, 3rd Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment, were targeted by insurgents while patrolling in Jisr Diyala, southeast of Baghdad, Aug. 21. U.S. Soldiers were unhurt, but two local children were caught in a roadside bomb explosion, killing one child and injuring another.
Capt. Darrell Melton, Troop C commander, a native of San Antonio, described the incident.
“The trail Bradley gunner was waving at two kids who were riding their bikes and were waving at my guys,†Melton said. “The next thing the Bradley commander knew, one of the kids was gone in a puff and he was thrown backward in the hatch. When he looked back, the other kid was crawling on the ground.†more...

Youtube is an American owned company, right? Or should we call it by its proper name, Jihadtube?
There is quite a web of interconnected jihadis on Youtube. Hundreds of them at least.
The channel which features enemy propaganda and Jewish conspiracy videos has 216 subscribers, 3 of which are similar pro-terrorism "channels" with their own videos up.
One of those subscribers is "Sword of Baghdad" who claims he's quitting Youtube because of "harassment of other youtubers and the admins". Harassment by Youtube admin? So, Youtube knows that this jihadi is using their platform to spread enemy propaganda and yet they still allow him to do so? The best they can do is, what, send nasty e-mails warning him to stop?
Another vile channel is that of msb2pac who uses the image of indicted American traitor and al Qaeda member Adam Gadahn for his avatar.
Or how about an Iranian calling himself CyberDIGIHADi who rightly admits the purpose of jihadis using Youtube, "PROPAGANDA... the Biggest Bomb-shell of today. So InshaAllah Propaganda shall be our way" and who has a video up called "U.S Marine PUSSIES! Soldier Pussy in Iraq!"
So, is Youtube still in denial that they are hosting enemy propaganda designed to demoralize American will to fight against the jihadis and to convince the jihadis that they have a chance of winning? As I've argued many times before, it's very difficult to recruit soldiers to a losing cause. That is why the jihadis have intentionally engaged in a concerted propaganda campaign to convince Muslims that Islamists are winning on all fronts. Youtube is helping them do this.
Shame on you Youtube. If we had a President with any balls and a Congress that was interested in winning, we'd go FDR on your ass.
Thanks to Dan for reminding me that we haven't done a Jihadtube post in awhile.
PS-Cyberjihadi "Sword of Baghdad" says you should feel free to e-mail or MSM message him. Who am I to argue with his request? youssefnasiri@hotmail.com
UPDATE: Thanks to AllahP for the link, he also points out the good news that Al Qaeda-linked Abu Sayyaf terror group (or their sympathizers) has a Youtube page....and they are using it to raise money!
