The Wheel of Fortune scene from the recent "Jesse Jackson" episode was hilarious.
But nothing beats the "Scott Tenorman Must Die" episode. "Marjorine" is my second favorite.

I'm trying to remember a passage from a book by Frank Herbert. I think it was "God Emporer of Dune" One character is explaining to another how you militarize a society, and if I recal, it allowed polygamy for the rich who could afford it, leaving the younger men with lots of pent up frustration, which could be channelled to 'worthy' causes. I forget if I even still own the book, but since I don't throw books away, I'l keep my eyes open for it.
