What Happens When Bush Is Gone?

Its gonna be like a bunch of crack addicts without their daily fix, running around in a confused and debilitated state of confusion. I predict massive bouts of depression, widespread questioning of the validity of life, and drug relapses.

This Salon article (painfully revelatory and candid/casual)
goes miles to validate and vindicate the criticisms of many critics.

Maybe we Bush-haters are extreme and obsessive. But Bush made us this way.(ed. - Blame shifting? Check.) We didn't want to hate (ed. Hate? Check.) the guy -- he left us no choice. And the respectable people calling for us to calm down and go to our rooms are the same good Germans who somehow didn't notice he was taking us down the garden path to hell.(ed. - Violation of Godwin's Law? Check.)

But after the high-fives, the partying, the Red Auerbach victory stogies and the cries of "Thank God almighty, we are free at last" have faded from the land, we'll be faced with a whole new landscape -- not just political but psychological. (ed. - realization that they may be totally insane and they don't care? Check.) And I suspect we're going to have a serious Bush hangover.

Gee. Ya think?

Who would've guess that living on years of visceral hate for a distant object of derision you've never even met might yield mild psychological damage? Surely not I, nor others.

Amazing.

3 not to worry "HillaryCare" will pay for all the therapy needed  to demoonbatize all those poor bleeding hearts.

4 There will be no Bush hangover, these imbeciles will simply find another conservative to fixate upon pouring out all their hatred of all things that disagree with their obsessive fantasies of how the world is and should be upon their new scapegoat.

acutally quite the opposite, those moderates, and the people "sitting on the fence" will be against whatever liberal canadite wins and it will be just like back in the clinton days.

i've got 5 on the next guy/chick being ousted for jaywalking.

I hope BDS'rs start throwing themselves off of cliffs when he is gone! It's one thing to dislike a leader, but it is another thing entirely to suck the life out of any good he might accomplish because your a small minded illogical hater!

GW Bush was never my first choice, but it was either him, or Gore the first time, and either him or Kerry the second time. Given the choices we are stuck with in this two party circus of fools, I think I made the better choice both times. Between suicide, and slow death with a chance for a cure, what do you choose? I went with hope ... because the the left, there is none.

USA, all the way!

7 Are you also including the real conservatives who hate Bush ?

Real conservatives don't suffer from BDS.

Back to Iran with you!

11 Shag a wookie/osamabinsucking:

You don't believe what you wrote. Everybody knows Clinton was a predatory criminal and media darling. Claiming otherwise only showcases your inveterate dishonesty.

Tell us about the religion of peace, why don't you.

Fucking cretin.

12 John Ryan doesn't understand that BDS isn't rational! I don't like a lot of Bush's decisions, but I don't equate him with Hitler, or Satan like stupid lunatic BDS'rs do. And disliking some of his positions isn't the same as 'hate'. The closest I have to a BDS type of symptom is when I think of Murtha, Kerry, or Pelosi. Even still I don't equate them with Hitler or Satan. I reserve such comparisons for Saddam, or bin Laden. Pretty much anyone who demands the "submission" of the USA.                      USA, all the way!.

13 hee hee. predatory criminal.... you're such a card.

14 Jeffy Lube, you're the cretin. I didn't even post on this thread and you're still attacking me as if I did. You and Gayrooster need to lay off the sauce before you comment.

15 Osamabinbuttpoked:

Who are you going to transfer your mindless BDS to in 2009? It looks like you're already transferring it to me. I guess you can call it Bargholz Derangement Syndrome.

Your obsession with me is getting creepy. You search the web for photos of me to jack off to, don't you? Whack job. (Literally and figuratively.)

Stay on topic or play with yourself. Think of somone else when you're doing it, though.

16 You know what you just described in the main post my friend? America's next revolution, that's what!

17 A lot of people (read Liberals) realized after Chavez attacked Bush at the UN, that you might dislike him and his policies but he is still our president dammit.

18 tbone: I've never liked Bush, but when foreigners start taking jabs it pisses me off. It's best to just ignore Chavez. Like some other people.

19 I didn't like Bush when I voted for him each time, so what does that say about the quality of our leaderhip across the board?  The last Presidential candidate I liked was Ronald Reagan. After that, it was all basically choosing between "Stinks" and "Stinks to high heaven". I despise the BDSr's because they abandon reason. They extend their hatred of Bush to everything he touches, and that is not good for our country. It feeds the Chavez's of the world red meat.  BDS'rs have earned my disgust, and I can't wait fot them all to spontaneously combust when Bush is gone.       USA, all the way!

20 Osamadonalbincarpetmuching:

If you don't like foreigners, why do you support their killing of American soldiers in Iraq? Why do you want men to run from animals?

You dykes all have the same self serving agenda. Misandry and misery.
