We're Not Going To Die Yet, But He's Going To Be Very Sore Update

The little boy who cried "dirty bomb" could be headed for a federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison near you.

No word about his partner in idiocy from Texas yet.

I'm guessing there's a healthy platoon of ACLU lawyers headed up there to defend his free speech rights, not realizing this is the online equivalent of yelling "fire" in a crowded theater.

1 Yep, this guy could be very screwed. . . He threatened seven stadiums, which means he could get nailed in multiple jurisdictions, not just by the Feds. One count of terroristic threat in each state which had a football stadium. They could literally bounce this guy from one horny state prison to another for the rest of his butt-f***ed life.

And there's always the very real threat of civil lawsuits against him by the 7 NFL franchises that were threatened, the various vendors and ticket outlets that support them, parking lots, etc, for lost revenues. That boy'll end up working for next to nothing for the rest of his life.
