Volokh : The Shadowy History of Ragnar Danneskjold

The brilliant Eugene Volokh investigates:

Curiously, I could find no appearance by the rest of [John Galt's] merry band in the published cases, except for one shadowy figure: none other than Ragnar Danneskjold. Danneskjold v. Brown[7] acknowledges that Ragnar was a veteran (naturally), though apparently one suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, which seems much less like the Ragnar we know and love.

Ragnar next shows up in Danneskjold v. Hausrath,[8] the case that first revealed this fascinating subject to your humble author, who stumbled on it when doing research for an article he was writing. Here Danneskjold is found to be an inmate at Attica State Prison, suing to challenge, of all things, the Prison's failure to pay him minimum wage for certain work that he was doing.

3 As I reported nearly two weeks ago the Nimitz carrier group left Seattle two weeks ago headed for the middle east. Stopping in San Diego to pick up 80 fighter aircraft.
Now I have learned that the  Esienhower strike group will be leaving for the middle east next week. This group features tomahawk missles and a full load of everything else.

Methinks Iran had better start talking. And I mean talking right. Of course, my take is that if we spend all the money going over there. Lets do it and get this shit over with once and for all. They can blame it on Bush. Ha, ha. He could give a shit. TIME TO END THE ISLAMIC MENANCE. And this time. Let us not feel so sorry for them. They can rebuild without us.
