The Left is unwilling to see jihad for what it is, and still sees the world through a Cold War prism. They are our enemies no less than Osama bin Laden, and should all be rounded up and shot. They are the ones who support the release of murderers based solely on the color of their skin. Maxie is right on many points, although I disagree with his method of solving the problem. What I do agree on is that you(the UK) and to a certain extent us(the US) must draw a line on determining what we are willing to allow based on freedom. Under our Constitution, and I would assume under the laws of the UK, these people are not guaranteed the freedom to threaten others, which they clearly do, both implicitly and explicitly. When Islamists and their supporters make threats, they should be deported, and deported to their country of origin quickly, and not allowed hearing after hearing and a delay process. Quick deportations would go a long way toward solving our problems, in that moderate Muslims would feel safe in coming forward and pointing out the radicals in their midst.

Currently, we have people here speaking out against the war, and in some cases speaking in defence of the absolutely indefensible. But then, most other countries have these elements, to. I never said I liked this situation. I simply don't see why I have to be a lemming.

As it goes, I strongly believe that placards inspiring people to 'behead those who insult Islam' are stretching 'freedom of speech' to the point of utter absurdity - but then, those people are currently being prosecuted.

9 JJ, our Constitution is dead and buried, and has been replaced with a cheap imposter. Things can not be fixed with anything less than a complete downfall of the US government, which, surprisingly enough, the government itself seems to be orchestrating. Maybe the muslims will get lucky and slip a nuke into DC, then we can clean house.

11 You're right about McKinney, rooster. A very large number of her financial backers were Muslims from all parts of the nation, and perhaps from foreign countries as well. We need to be vigilent as foreigners are trying to get involved in our election process. And most, but not all, the black community does support Hizb'Allah. But so do almost all the Leftist whites in academia.

Something bad. Could they be using the race card to recruit more black muslimes? Blacks have always been willing to point the finger at whites particularly Jews. Why? I haven't figured out. But having pro muslim supporters in Cities like New Orleans, Atlanta, Detroit who have black majorities could grow into something nasty. I know this is happening in La. Memphis, Tenn. Atlanta. San Francisco. With the large Muslime population in Mich. It's probably happening there to.
