Taxi Co-Creator Stan Daniels Dies

Via CNN: LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- Stan Daniels, an Emmy-winning TV writer and producer who worked on two of the most acclaimed comedies of the 1970s, "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" and "Taxi," has died. He was 72.

Daniels died of heart failure April 6, according to Mount Sinai Memorial Park.

Taxi was one of my very favorites.

Errr uh, looks like he didn't make it after all. Bwaaahahahaha!

3 Yeah, I did watch some MTM with the kitty, meow,  It was pretty good.  But Devito was delightfully insensitive and evil in taxi. A jawa forefather for sure. My line at the end is my Louie imitation. My parents made be watch MTM but I wanted, no demanded, taxi.
