Stupid Headline of the Day...

...comes from MSN.com:

truce.jpg

I feel so out of the loop. I had no idea that the United States was fighting France in the Middle East.

Anyway, here's the story:

UNITED NATIONS - The United States and France agreed Saturday on a draft U.N. Security Council resolution that calls for a halt to the fighting between Israel and Lebanese Hezbollah guerrillas, but would allow Israel to defend itself if attacked.
That's big of the Fwench, don't you think? They'll allow Israel to defend herself if attacked. Of course, maybe I'm being too hard on the Fwench; defending your very own sovereign nation against attack is a foreign concept to them.

2 The sooner we attack Iran and Syria, the better, because then Russia, China, and France can join in and get a taste of nuclear annihilation as well, and we can start slaughtering the muslims and lefturds here at home. Total war is the only answer.

3 I hope Mr. Bolton and Dr. Rice allow time for Israel to wipe out Hizbullah once and for all.

4 I'm anxious to see France send troops into the melee. Then the Islamists can get mad at them. We'll likely see riots in Paris and Chirac will roll over and surrender again. France's problems with the Muslims need to come to a head. I don't wish ill will. I just don't think it's healthy to let the situation fester.

5 What they're negotiating is the terms of surrender. The French refuse to take part if they can't collaborate with Hezbollah, but the Hezzies want none of it; they know a bad deal when they see it.

6 I am so glad that John Bolton is taking surrender lessons from France. They are the best at surrendering and I am sure can teach him to surrender effectively to anyone, whether it is need or not. We need to surrender IMMEDIATELY to anyone who will listen. We need to use this opportunity to practice our surrender to the Jihadists in Iraq at the end of the year.

But, really, the whole thing has me wondering what group of aliens have abducted the real US administration. They must have been very good because they stole anyone who looked like they may have a set.

Maybe we can surrender to them too?

7 This is merely France acting on its long-established policy of pre-emptive surrender...
