TIJUANA, Mexico — The police department has issued about 60 slingshots to officers in the violent border city of Tijuana, where soldiers confiscated police weapons two weeks ago on allegations of collusion with drug traffickers.Thanks to The Dutchman.

Isn't it the Mexican Army that is trafficing drugs across the border in
Texas? I don't dislike Mexicans, but it's about time to kill a few

From what I've seen of the Mexican police the sling shots had to come with directions.
