Should We Be Surprised?

Giuliana Srgena, eat your heart out.

Well, I can tell you this much, if something bad should happen to Frau Osthoff, it wouldn't garner anywhere near the empathy I still tenaciously cling to for the CPT hostages.

1 I knew it. I freaking knew it. She's just another goddamn dhimmi whore. I swear, all of Western Europe should just be purged of every person and recolonized.

2 Agent Smith asks who is Guilian Sgrena?

3 Funny statement - they don't harm women, or children ... and she is a muslim.

So I guess its not car, truck, and suicide bombs slaughtering thousands of same after all! Must be meteorites! Jew meteorites! Yes! That's it!

Unless of course in the eyes of Iraqi Sunni insurgents - Shia & Kurds don't count.

4 You're not really surprised about Osthoff, are you?

5 hondo,

Down there just above the Jews and the crusaders you will find the Shia. Why they continue to be dogs to their Sunni masters is beyond me. I have tried and tried, but I cannot figure it out.

8 If she's so convinced that they're such nice people, perhaps she should meet with a few fathers and mothers who have lost children in horrific ways to her buddies because all they ever wanted was some humanitarian aid. If that happens she'd better hope that everything in the room was nailed down.

I especially love this statement:

"She described her captors as "poor people" and that she "cannot blame them for kidnapping her, as they cannot enter (Baghdad's heavily fortified) Green Zone to kidnap Americans."

Worthless b**ch

9 Just what I said when you first posted on her. It was all a ploy to support the Muslimfascists; and publicize the terror done by Jews and Christians. Of course the MSM has worked hand in glove with the fascists.

10 You are aware of course, she has telegraphed her real sympathies for an element of Iraqi society that can AT BEST count on support and agreement from no more (max) than 20% of the population.

She may have a difficult time returning to Iraq - there aren't too many dig sites in the Sunni Triangle - and the Shia & Kurds have a habit of holding grudges.

Archaeologists are an odd breed. Many prefer "stable" dictatorships (like Saddam) who can expedite their "work" of exploring the past - while convienently ignoring the present.
