German judge says its okay for Muslim men to beat their wives, you know, because its their culture and all that.

I've been spreading "the good word" everywhere I see this article, but I think we can make sure it doesn't happen by beating the ever-living hell out of anyone who raises his hand against his wife. It's just that simple.

The bitch is a muslim. You make your bed you lie in it. Any woman stupid enough to be a muslim and can read the Koran deserves what she gets. I think her husband should kick the muslim right out of her.

greyrooster, then her husband could justify beating her to death! Muslims are slaves, especially the women, and your right that they should realize this, but it can't be easy to leave a religion that kills whoever tries to have a better life. And I have been finding out just how ingrained the indoctrination is. It seems like these people need liberation from thier own tyranny, but how do you do that, when they are raised to reject that liberation?

and please try to understand, she is probably suffers from chronic dysfunction associated with the harsh home life she has endured. Battered women do get worn down, and become emotionally sick. This is not something I think should be treated dismissively. Any man reading this might well wonder what it would be like for your own wife, if the fates had decided to have her born a Muslim, in a Muslim community. She would have been raised up as almost a child. She would lack moral, and legal equality, and she woud be conditioned to believe that it was her lot, and her destiny. I say it takes a lot of strength to throw off the shackles placed on ones mind. Have a heart. USA, all the way!
