A Brazilian court has re-instated the popular YouTube website after banning people from viewing it.The exposure this issue's been getting is just ridiculous. Surely people have more important things to think about, like Somalia and the execution of Saddam Hussein. The saga erupted when Daniela Cicarelli, a model and ex-wife of Real Madrid’s Ronaldo, sued YouTube after a video of her apparently having sex with her boyfriend in the sea in Spain was posted on the site.
Judge Enio Santarelli Zulianio blocked internet service providers (ISPs) from allowing people to access the website.
But the latest twist has seen Judge Zulianio reverse his decision but only if YouTube permanently removed the video in question.
Cicarelli and boyfriend Tato Malzoni had filed to force YouTube to take the video down and demanded £60,000 in damages for each day the video remained online.
