A trial would have been a total spectacle."It's not clear what happens if she violates her probation which, frankly, I think is likely.District Attorney David Soares said, "This is a person who is going to be subjected to probation for the next 10 years, will have to register as a sex offender, whose life is totally changed now as a result as her behavior. We held her accountable. This is the best disposition in this case."
