Remembering the Killing Fields
LDT Regent reports from Cambodia on the legacy of the Khmer Rouge. Millions dead, and a new generation in denial. I heard an NPR report yesterday that many young Cambodians now deny the Khmer Rouge holocaust as propaganda. They find it hard to believe that people could be so cruel that they would murder millions of their fellow citizens.
