Newspaper Publishes Anti-Israel Cartoon; Jews Don't Riot

The Norwegian daily Dagbladet recently published this cartoon by cartoonist Finn Graff, which caricatures Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert as an infamous Nazi concentration camp commander depicted in the film Schindler's List who shot random Jewish prisoners for sport.
Jewish citizens, while offended by the cartoon, are not rioting in Norway or elsewhere in the world, and no one has died as a result of the cartoon. From Reuters:
The caricature by political cartoonist Finn Graff appeared on July 10 in the Oslo daily Dagbladet. It has prompted outrage among the country's small Jewish community and led the Simon Weisenthal Center to submit a protest to the Norwegian government.This is in sharp contrast to the behavior of Muslims worldwide, who touched off violent worldwide riots resulting in many deaths in the wake of the publication of cartoons by the Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten.

Hey Hondo, in parts of Africa where they have large flocks of birds that do alot of damage to crops, here's what they sometimes do: While the birds are out feeding during the day, farmers set up 55 gal drums of gasoline with explosive charges amongst the groves of trees where they roost. Then in the evening when the birds return KABOOM! Problem solved. This might work for your problem too.

israel's war on lebanon, despite the syrian withdrawal from the country, is more than just targeting hezbollah. thats why israel is resorting to airstrikes to avoid a repeat of their defeat back in 2000 in southern lebanon. so far, there are 100,000 refugees in syria, but that country may be targeted too, in the name of installing dictatorship. even jews protested the invasion of lebanon in 1982 within israel because of the sabra and shatilah massacres.

well, i do have my disagreements with the ppl i pointed out yesterday (i just like to point out my sources and my influences). both kurt nimmo and alex jones can be considered constitutionalists, but a constitutional republic does not necessarily protect freedoms in this country. noam chomsky believes that 9/11 was blowback, but it was the us support of osama bin laden that can possibly point out to an inside job. with howard zinn, he should have pointed out in his books that anarchists and marxist-leninists have killed each other during revolutions around the world.

Hondo - had those little bastard ants myself. Coming off crape murtles up the side of the house - ended up around the little bathroom window above the shower.
Use some boric acid powder around the base of the tree and around outside entry points - i.e. window frames.
If they have gotten far and are now nesting behind a wall it should be easy to identify the nest but a pain to fully get rid of them (think hezbutthole). Look for little piles of sawdust and listen for them behind walls - especially at night. They are noisy little turds. We had to drill 5 little holes into the wall above the shower and below the window. Lowes sells some foam you can pump through those holes. Took us 8 months to finally get rid of them. We had thousands of dead ants on the window sill and in the tub during those 8 months. Never once saw a live one.

The drawing is based on statements from members of the organization "doctors without borders" who is treating Palestinian kids for gunshot-wounds from israeli snipers. The doctors stated that there was surprisingly many center-hit headshots, and that it probably should be checked out if it is exessive use of force to blow a 12 year old kids' brains out for throwing rocks...
Furthermore it was published july 10th, and must be seen in the context of the situation on the West Bank and Gaza, not Lebanon.
Also this was publisjed in a private newspaper, thus reflecting no official Norwegian policy. Do you Americans remember what it was like to have freedom of speech prior to 9.11.? Whether we Norwegians like it or not we can't stop a newspaper to publish cartoons like this...
