The only reason this guy is allowed to visit with anti-American totalitarians is because he's a Liberal, and Libs are perceived as sharing the same anti-American agenda. It speaks very poorly of Liberalism.

Oh, and you might want to mention to the nurse that the meds have worn off and your straps need tightening.
