I have always thought he was the best role model to come out of sports since Ted Williams. As an oldexJarhead I admit bias - unlike the MSM.

But, Collin said Tillman was an idiot who got killed fighting Bushs evil war against kids and old ladies....how could Tillman possibly be a hero?

Every person who has a chance to chicken out yet decides to stay and gets killed is automatically a hero, no matter what he or she was doing, and thats universal, has no racial or political boundaries. It shows bravery and possibly complete disrespect to death.

A famous football player (real football not soccer). He gave up a salary in the millions to serve his country in a cause in deeply believed in. A hero.
