No Bias in the Mainstream Media

CNN ran this super last night:

It was supposed to read "Blair Resigns."

In March, Reuters ran this:

CNN also ran the headline.

And, in November of 2005, CNN made this mistake:

Odd how the "mistakes" seem to run in one direction.

These common set of traits certainly appear to include a liberal political leaning.... and cynicsim and it's resulting cowardly self-loathing... the vacancy of the self. Yeah.

Many of them have no clue that their bias can be corruptingly inherent, without being intentional.

8 For 20 years my family use to argue with people about the obvious lib bias in the media and the libs would always say "there is no bias". But when FOX comes around( and we are still far from parity) all of sudden the libs see media bias. At least those on the right admit that FOX leans to the right but I have NEVER met a lib who will admit the same for almost every other media outlet.
Even Hollywood gets in the game. Try this. Notice when your watching movies and TV dramas that when they have the bad guy they will have a pic of a Repub on his office wall and the good guy will have a pic of a Dem.

9 They'll've done that on purpose, of course. 'Oh, ha-ha-ha - aren't we clever. Three cheers for us! We're insinuating that they're so similar that their names are interchangeable, ho-ho-ho.' etc.
But it's their error of judgement, since anyone who really cares can say, 'Well if you're able to make that much of a glaring error about something so simple, then maybe we shouldn't really pay any attention to anything you say, ever again.' Of course nobody whose opinion matters really do anyway, so the status quo is maintained, the only difference being that CNN comes out looking slightly more stupid.
On a more relevant note: I never voted for Mr. Blair, but I'm certianly going to miss him. Sure Gordon Brown maybe a smart economist, but he doesn't seem to have any charisma whatsoever. In fact, I'm not even sure he's a human being.
