Nifong Says He'll Quit

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - Facing the loss of his law license, a tearful Mike Nifong said Friday he will resign as district attorney, more than a year after he obtained rape indictments against three Duke University lacrosse players who were later declared innocent by state prosecutors.

Not good enough. This behavior should land him behind bars:

The North Carolina State Bar said Nifong withheld DNA test results from the players' defense attorneys, lied to the court and bar investigators, and made misleading and inflammatory comments about the three athletes, who were cleared of charges they raped a stripper at a team party in March 2006.

2 He threw those kids into the fire to burn before the facts were out, and even after the facts had cleared them, he let them roast! Whatever is left of them now the fire is doused, is damaged, and has parts missing forever! You can't put back what Nifong has taken from those young men. Maybe prison, but for sure Nifong neds to pay for his cruelty! USA, all the way!

5 Just a sad case -- and a deliberate misuse of power by Nifong; let the lawsuits begin, but it is my hope that the exhonerated young men will be able to move on from this.

11 If anyone thinks that Nifong will suffer any real punishment, then I've
got some beachfront property on the moon I'm looking to unload for
cheap. He is part of the establishment, and the Republitards and
Traitorcrats will line up to save his ass. What he needs is to be
doused with gasoline, have a cinderblock tied to his neck, a cord tied
to his genitals, (if he has any), with the other end affixed to a
bridge railing, then set on fire and pitched over the side, but only
after his skin is slowly peeled off with a dull knife and he is rolled
in salt, battery acid, human excrement, and broken glass. Come to think
of it, that's what every piece of shit in the US government needs. Time
for Revolution.
