Mysterious "Tourist Guy" Spotted in Beirut?

The elusive and mysterious "Tourist Guy", last seen atop the World Trade Center was recently spotted in Lebanon by a Reuters stringer:

7 I really wish that people would quit erasing Greyrooster's comments. For two years I've enjoyed the spice he adds to the program. He is honest. Your or I agreeing with him has nothing to do with his adding commentary.
Disagree with him if you must, but holding a one way conversation just isn't fair play.
I suspect he has more fans on this blog than this Good Lt character who just recently came out of the woods.
