I've been leaning towards the second camp believing that islam cannot survive a reformation since "fear" and "hatred of the other" is the glue that holds it together.
However, after watching these individuals speak, freely expressing their humanity and listening to the declaration to enjoin the standard declaration of human rights and excluding political islam, I wish them all success.
Perhaps they will gain some ground within the western sphere. I have serious doubts about any success in dar al islam.

Doesn't appear to be a lot of people in the audience. When I visit Tampa/St Pete I go to the tittie bars. More people there. This moderate, law abiding thing is a two edged sword used to show what nice people muslims are. Twenty out of a million doesn't get my hopes up. The other 999,980 still wish to destroy America and any other religion.
