Gathering of Eagles
I was really hoping to be liveblogging the Gathering of Eagles event today, but American cancelled my flight to D.C. and I was unable to get on any other flight to the east coast in time for the event. As a result, I'm here instead of there.
Luckily, Good Lt., Michelle and Bryan are out there doing the job the Ragnar won't do.
UPDATE (Good Lt): Sorry, Rags. I got globalwarmed in as well.

My son and I just got back from the Gathering of Eagles. The vets outnumbered the lefties. The Park Police was out in force also. I don't think that any anarchists will have an opportunity to desecrate the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. The Park Police are searching the bags and using magnetometers for anyone who wants to approach the Wall. It's a clear and sunny day, but the wind is high and the temperatures are low. Goracle must be in town.

I couldn't make it, but I'm with you all in spirit. Thanks to those who did attend , for taking a stand against the Moonbats, Leftists, America-Haters, and those god damned patchouli reeking hippies!

Cynthia McKinney, The Sheehan bitch and some muslims. Always knew they were on the same side. Glad some folks attended. I normally ignore the assholes. But McKinney and Sheehan are true enemies of America. The muslims? They're just assholes. Same as the rest of them.

But you have to admit rooster, it does make one consider the multitude of possibilities when they are in such a tight group, on open ground. How does that saying go about fish in a barrel?

NBC certainly didn't report that the conservatives outnumbered the moonbat's they portrayed almost all the protesters as anti war an showed a small group at the wall.
