When Good Gay Goes Wrong: Sara Singley
A 28 year old subsitute teacher, Sara Singley, plead guilty yesterday to having sex with one of her 16 year old female students. Interested Participant has more.

Singley met the 16-year-old girl while working as a substitute teacher at her school in October 2003, records say. The school where Singley met was not specified, but the charges were filed by Bethlehem Township police.Interesting enough, Singley was initially charged with corruption of a minor, but plead to the lesser charge of reckless endangerment. I suspect that had Sarah Singley been a man that he would have been charged with statutory rape. Which just goes to show that even the law knows good gay when it sees it.In January 2004, Singley and the girl began a romantic relationship and had sex several times at parks in Bethlehem Township and at motels around the area, records say.

This takes the law into the realm of what legally constitutes a sexual act. The teacher's lawyer probably used a variation of Bill Clinton's "if I stick my finger in my ear, I'm not having sex with my ear" defense.

and I was saddened to hear about
this. 16 is an age where you
should be in some kind of
control of your actions. Not
that I am taking blame off of
Sara..but if the victim wanted
to see Sara just walk away from
this, why press charges?

iam a person who knows sara better than anyone else in this world and actually had seen this relationship first hand. this 16 year old "victim" is very mature and intelligent for her age. not only that this "victim" is the most manipulative seducing person i have ever met. sara is one of the most kind wouldnt hurt a fly type people who was actually the one being taken advantage of. yes she is older and yes she was the adult but she has already been crucified in court and took full responsibility for her actions and does not need to be crucified by outsiders who have no idea what had really happened. by the way graeme she had no lawyer!!!!
