9 My vacation interrupted already.  They called last night and I tried to tell em.  They decided not to take my advice and had a higher power make the call. Now today they call me again.  I asked a few basic questions. 
 
Found out they have no idea WTF they are talking about although I already knew that.  I tried to tell em what to do but all they want to do is agrue if it involves you know work. 
 
Mr. override is getting a bill for at least 1K. 
 
Don't worry I'm making them suffer too.
 
Howie: Ok so when did you pull your data and are you sure just what is in your extract file?
 
Them: Uhhh duh?
 
Howie: Well I can't help you then, call me back when you figure that out.  What is your job?  Paperwieght?
 
I can and will fit it but I'm going to make them learn a bit.  I can get more insults in that way.
 
The lesson for today.   At least have some idea WTF you are doing and when I 'm speaking trying to tell you how to fix it STFU. You sould have done what I said to start with dumabass!
