Woman Alleges Herpes Infection From Vick's Rub
(Flowery Branch, Georgia) A geriatric health worker filed a civil suit against Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick for knowingly giving her genital herpes. Sonya Elliott, 26, who says she is a former girlfriend of Vick, alleges "negligence by Vick, unwanted physical contact, pain, suffering, and potential future medical complications." Vick has not commented on the lawsuit nor has he been seen riding a bicycle.

A health worker allowed herself to get herpes? What is her name so I can be sure none of my friends are under her care! I guess she never went to Boot Camp.

After all, 90% of population have herpes, however, it may not be active for a long time. When a person's immune system weakens, herpes gets active and it may appear in any form, including genital herpes. Maybe Vick is not responsible for it...
