First, a BS thread about exploding baby toys and now baby jihadis. I think Rusty is trying to say it’s OK to kill Palestinian babies. Is it Jewish propaganda sweeps week again?

Are you sure that guy is not referencing the Soviet PFM-1 mine aka "Butterfly" / "Blue Parrot" mine used in Afghanistan?
I have seen that cited as being made to attract children, with its bright colors and weird shape -- however there is no evidence the soviets manufactured it to lure children, the agenda it was is often pushed as by the Left.

Well I certainly can't speak for the authors but there are several
references to those but also many to the toy explosives. I realize
that there is plenty of documentation that many bomblets from
cluster munitions have been picked up with tragic consequences by
children wondering what the shinning little orb on the ground is. Its
been a long time and I can't produce additional references at this
moment but I remember reports of stuffed animal bombs being placed by
the Soviets as well.

Typical cluster munition of warsaw pact design, the myth lives on with the toys! I remember seeing a 60 minutes report on this in the 80's and even had kids showing some inert/dud examples and they were just classic sub-munitions from cluster munitions but 60 minutes still reported it as toys. This explosive inside of a stuffed animal is just a home made device nothing more.

Israel wants bigger slice of Holocaust Pie
Israel and the Jewish Agency are campaigning to give the Jewish state a larger share of Holocaust restitution funds, following a weak response from Israel for emergency aid during the ["retaliatory"] war against Hizbullah terrorists this summer.
Jewish Agency chairman Zev Bielski told reporters Sunday, "The Claims Conference is a very stubborn organization. We will continue this campaign until they give us our rightful seats at the table." The Claims Conference is responsible for allocating hundreds of millions of dollars a year in restitution payments.
Pretty ironic, eh?
Restitution from one holocaust goes to fund another.
