Danes with Disabilities Sex Program

(Denmark) The Danish government has launched a program which pays prostitutes to have sex once a month with disabled people.

The program has created some contentiousness, particularly from Danes that don't get taxpayer-funded hookers. The argument is that every Dane deserves free whores, not just the disabled.

My take is that this is a clear case of discrimination.

2 You know the old saying about something that's free. Seems more like a half-baked socialist make-work program for skanks. My mind swirls with nigthmarish visions of the worst collection of toothless skanky crackwhores this side of the Bowery.

5 Heh. Now that's some socialism I could live with, seeing as how I'm a disabled vet and all. Of course, considering the efficiency of social programs, I'd probably get stuck with a pre-op tranny.

6 Maxie

Imagine opening your door to the ugliest woman possible (government service so she's got an attitude and louse "work" ethic too) .. and then .. the gov forms (positions - time alotted - EEO and Mission Statements etc etc etc). the only thing Socialism ever really gave anyone was a good screwing - and in this case you probably won't get that .. unless your right and it is a pre-op tranny.

9 Although I don't believe in hookers or whores, I can understand where the Danes are coming from and why. Being a disabled person myself,I can joke about such matters but to be truthfully and bluntly honest, I'd give just about anything to have sex included in my life. Most of us have given up that nautural right because we don't want to put someone out or fall in love because we can't do what we'd like to do and why should we inlude someone we love into our lives? But the idea is a good one for many reasons. First, it'll build up the self=esteem of the disabled person and in doing so may actually give them a chance at a somewhat normal life once it's realized that sex is capable. Too many of us disabled persons stay away from relationships for the fear of not meeting someone we could love and those who could love us, so we stay alone and truth be told, it's a lonely life.

The Danes have the right idea; they're giving a chance to those who never thought they had a chance and in time, maybe find someone that will last forever in their lives. Don't put this down because it's hookers and whores for their is a reasoning behind it - showing the disabled person that they can have someone in their lives who will love them and be loved back to that someone.

So unless you've been disabled or chronically ill, don't put down this odd behavior for in the end, it will do more good than bad for that person who's disabled. Everyone needs to be loved but when you are in a chair, you shut down your emotions and feelings. What the Danes are trying to do is show the disabled individual that they indeed can be loved and it sure opens new doors for them. Brilliant idea.

10 I answered this on my own website. It's called AAFFLLAACCKK and the address is above under the URL site.

I think Mike Pechar should take a read.
