Malaysia's Islamic Regions Tops in Porn Surfing

KUALA LUMPUR (AFP) - Internet surfers from Malaysiaâ€™s fundamentalist Islamic state in Kelantan has topped the list of surfers who visited pornographic websites in the country, a newspaper has reported.
The Star dailyâ€™s Sunday paper cited research from Google Trends as saying that Internet surfers in the city of Kota Baru in northeastern Kelantan and the town of Kuantan in neighbouring Pahang had the highest number of porn surfers.
It said the most popular searched words are Malay-language words â€“â€bogelâ€ (nudity), â€œgambar bogelâ€ (nude pictures), â€œseks Melayuâ€ (sex involving Malays) and â€œcerita seksâ€ (sex stories). ...
The fundamentalist Islamic party, PAS, that governs Kelantan imposes strict conservative Islamic rules in the sate, which often segregates men and women in society.

A buddy of mine that just got back from Iraq told me that if you showed a laptop computer to any sunni or shiite, even the most devout, all they wanted to do was look at porn on the internet. Despite their rantings about how corrupt the West is and how pure Islam is, they are no different than the rest of us. The veil of Islam is complete and utter bullshit.

4 Those search words aren't really productive. Of course we should be attacking the muslim religion with our strengths.... Porn and Gambling. The best way to prevent suicide bombing is to give out lottery tickets. Who would offer to kill themselves if tomorrow they might win a million dollars.
