Looking for Clues : Indian Govt. Detains Local Gangsters

Am I the only one who kinda doubts that gangsters blew up all those trains on 7/11?

Mumbai police said those rounded up included known thugs, gangsters and trouble makers, who might have information about the bombers. Most of the detentions were made overnight in Malwani, a north-eastern suburb of India's business capital, a police spokesman said.
The Guardian does note a "possible link" between the bombings and "Kashmiri militants" fighting for "independence from India."

1 The Kashmiri's or some of the groups denied they did this and have taken credit before. Seven bombs at once against the financial capital? Hmm who does that remind me of?

2 "Known thugs, gangsters and trouble makers".... hm. Sounds like a case of rounding up the usual suspects.

Its a good police tactic to start - lowlifes live on the finges, and sometimes they see and hear about things going on in their "back yard".

4 Didn't say it wasn't a good place to start. Just noting the way it was phrased sounds like it was straight out of Casablanca.

5 You are the only one who thinks gansters didn't do the bombing? You assuming ass. Go change your dress. It doesn't match your lipstick.
