Allah is the G-d of Abraham, Jehovah is the G-d of Abraham, Yaweh, Elohim, Immanuel, Adonai all the G-d of Abraham. I see the conflicts as among 4 groups ... Believers, NonBelievers, Dhimmis (both Believers & NonBelievers can become Dhimmis) and Evil. Evil thrives among NonBelievers (who are not evil themselves) and Dhimmies (also not evil themselves). Dhimmies and NonBelievers either tolerate or allow Evil to flourish in their midst through fear, selfishness, or ignorance, etc.

5 Sara, allah was the moon god of the quraysh tribe, of which mohammed, (pig's blood upon him), was a member. Mohammed met Jewish and Christian traders and decided to usurp their god and establish his own religion. Allah was originally to be banned, along with all other of the tribe's idols at Mecca, but the quraysh wouldn't accept islam without allah.

I have to disagree. A reasoned approach will tell you that there is no indication whatsoever that God had anything at all to do with the formation of Islam as God never spoke to Mohammed. It was by his declaration alone that these Gods, G-d and Allah, are one and the same. The entire religion and all its tenets and decrees are based on the words of one man and one man only. A man whose repugnant excesses were nearly always followed by some "divine" scripture he claimed to have come from above sanctioning whatever the whim of the day was. Even his "Allah" changed his mind from time to time that strangely benefitted who, but Mohammed. Pray tell, why would an omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent being such as God have to change His mind? Even Mohammed himself claims that all was written before time began.

And of course, as any calculating sociopath worth his salt would do, that benefit was trickled down to anyone who would follow him blindly in order to maintain support and any, even minor, deviation exacted harsh punishment. While the rewards are little, the punishments are great. His methodical system of reward and reprimand meted out by he himself left little recourse. Either join or live in misery and subjugation. But once you join, the only way out is death.

Imagine a life of slavish devotion in everything you do from how to eat and walk and talk to wiping your butt and what direction to face when praying, else you're branded a heretic and some more pious Muslim imbued with the power to punish sets you straight.

There is an inherent weakness in man. And that weakness is a wish to remove responsibility from one's self and place it in the hands of another which, leaves them wide open for exploitation by those who wish to rule all. Mohammed, although illiterate and a sociopath, was brilliant.
