Judge Blames Girl, 10, For Being Raped

(Oxford, England) So far, this is the worst case of "blame the victim" I have seen.

A 25-year-old window cleaner, Keith Fenn, will be released after four months in jail for twice raping a 10-year-old girl.

Judge Julian Hall sentenced Fenn the rapist to two years but only four months remain after being given credit for time served.

Judge Julian Hall decided to be lenient because the girl "didn't look 10."

He caused fury earlier this year by freeing another paedophile, telling him to buy his six-year-old victim a new bicycle.

The judge referred to the 10-year-old as a "young woman," and called her "very disturbed, very needy and sexually precocious."

He told Oxford Crown Court: "She liked to dress provocatively."

Fenn's accomplice, 34-year-old Darren Wright, was able to walk free since he was only sentenced to nine months.

Judge Julian Hall (pic) shouldn't be allowed to continue.

1 This is beyond obscene.

These f**king commie's and pinko's have the habit of hugging the culprit and pissing on the victim. How I hate commie's and pinko's.

2 Good ole Euro justice. Its really funny that allow monsters to rape little girls yet they call us barbarians for executing these guys in Texas. Of course ten would of been WAY too old for Mohammad.

3 Another miserable activist judge -- why isn't this man impeached?  Know why?  The British parliament has no guts.

4 Get your facts: the "victim" agreed to have sex with the man, in two different occasions and apparently as if that wasn't her first time either; the offender reported that she told him her age was 16 and apparently the judge agrees she looks older than she is (no photos available);  the man was accused of statutory rape, aka based just on the age of the two people but without violence.

Or do you think that it's only you in the world with the fantastic skills required to understand that rape is bad and period? However, sometimes there is no rape at all. There can be extremely early sexual maturation though.

5 Okay, Nick, with statutory rape laws, which include not only under aged sex, but also with mentally ill, retarded, or intoxicated, consent is irrelevant, 'how old she looks' is irrelevant, and history is irrelevant.  The reason for these things being considered 'statutory' rape is that anyone that falls in one of those categories is considered under the law to be incapable of making an informed decision as to have sex or not.  No matter what she looks or acts like, she's TEN YEARS OLD!!!

6 This judge is either a pedophile or a muslim. Perhaps both as they run together.

7 So saying "but officer, I thought she was 13" is a good excuse? Its amazing that you think a 10 year old can consent to sex with adults Nick and this is not isolated. We see over and over these type of sentences from across the pond. So stop lecturing us about the death sentence and we will stop lecturing about letting rapist off easy.

8 Sick. Nick. Sick.

9 Now if that guy gose out and rapes another victim then the judge should be sent to prison for the rest of his life and fed on bread and water
