Juba Sniper Survivor: Screw You CNN!

Since I'm about as close to a lay expert on the Iraqi terrorist sniper known as Juba, let me first make something clear: there is no Juba. He's a myth. The Sasquatch of Iraq.

Or, at least, there was a sniper calling himself Juba, but he's dead--if he ever really existed. Has been for more than a year, or more.

How do we know? Because the very first Islamic Army in Iraq produced "Juba Top 10 video" included footage of an American soldier being hit near his Humvee. What is not shown in the Juba footage is the fact that the American survived, the sniper was killed, and this "Juba's" sidekick who filmed the incident was captured down the road, videotape in hand.

So terrorist propaganda going around the internet recounting the alleged recent deeds of Juba are a lie. Complete fabrication. Propaganda of the worst kind.

There are snipers in Iraq and those snipers have gotten better over the years, but the Juba videos are simply collections of jihadi snuff films that are all attributed to a single individual.

Lance Cpl. John McClellan is a survivor of one of the many "Juba" attacks. And while CNN has no problem telling the story of Juba--a fiction of terrorist propaganda--it has yet to tell McClellan's story.

Gateway Pundit tells McClellan's story. Check it out.

As a child, my father was dazzled by the stories of Audie Murphey and of Chesty Puller. You know, back when our media was busy telling the stories of American heroes. Back when they wanted us to win. Now we hear stories of the heroes of our enemies, but not of ours.

How times have changed. And if you want more on Juba, go here.

1 uhm..if the cameraman was caught right after the act, how was this tape edited by the iraqies to show what you claim it showed? juba may as well be a fictional character, but to occupying army in iraq, he's as real as they come and he's making his mark.

How laughably pathetic Rusty.

As usual.

The only "propaganda of the worst kind" I see is at this and similar web sites.

3 Duncan Seymore Butts:

Uhm....the "Juba Top 10 video" was made last month from publicly available footage--which was edited to make jihadi defeats seem like victories. Nobody claims it was made by Iraqis, and nobody claims it was made at the time of the shooting.

I suppose you think all the shootings on the video were filmed simultaneously, and beamed via live sattelite to the terrorist video tape factory and to the waiting Establishment Media outlets.

The phony Jubas are even more innefective than the wimpy Viet Cong were in the Vietnam War. The video of Lance Cpl. John McClellan wasn't the only one edited for effect. Most fatal attacks on Coalition soldiers end up in the death of the shooter. The terrorists conveniently leave that part out of their video productions. Coalition casualty reports do not come anywhere close to the fake figures being peddled by the terrorists and their Establishment Media cheerleaders.

Furthermore, none of the terrorist videos show shots being taken from sniper range. That's because the terrorists don't have any snipers--their guys can't hit anything from sniper range.

All this must be terribly disappointing to you.

4 Perfesser Nostrum:

The Establishment Media slams Coalition successes and trumpets fictional terrorist victories because they want us to win. Got it.

5 Nostril Van Peterbreath keeps his eyes closes most of the time. Duncan Seymore is a terrorist supporter and Juba Sucks, Hell yeah.

Rusty never took Logic 101.

7 Tell us about this thing called logic, gregturd, if you please.

8 Greg's idea of logic is finding common cause with jihadis who cant wait to kill him.

I notice he didn't try to refute the substance of the story. Juba is a fable believed only by ignorant rag-heads besot by wishful thinking, and promoted by the traitors in the Establishment Media. It takes "underground" blogs like this to show people that the truth is out there.

9 The irony of a troofer talking about 'logic' is delicious.

10 Juba is a myth, nothing more. "He" is nothing but a sad attempt by jihadis to boost morale by crediting every shot fired to a single man, sort of how Vassili Zeitsev  boosted the morale of the Russian people during the seige of Stalingrad.

12 QueenMan:

As a political blog that speaks truth to power, this is indeed a counter-culture source of news. The Establishment Media have been trying to censor Underground blogs like this one ever since they started working to free the oppressed masses from the militant intimidation complex.

Why am I not surprised that a left-wing fascist pig like you wants to stifle freedom of the press and freedom of expression? You're trying to shred the Constitution, starting with the First Amendment.

We still have our civil liberties, asshole. You can have my pen when you pry it out of my cold dead fingers.

13 Duncan,

Some U.S. forces uploaded the video and then the IAI simply grabbed it from the internet and edited it.

14 I love Jeff's point about these guys and not using sniper-range.  I started noticing that in the media starting with "the DC Sniper".  Apparently a sniper is no longer a person skilled at concealment and long-range gunnery; he just has to be mildly skilled at concealment.

Now that Chechen guy who as operating around Baghdad about 7-8 months ago was a real sniper.  Still on the wrong team though.
