Love the shot of Mary Tyler Moore there at the end! Oh, wait. Was that Pelosi before, or after, the facework??

I kind of wondered why America wasn't described as being involved in the Ezekiel 38 war between Gog's army (Russia, Iran et al.) and Israel but it makes sense now. America will be too bogged down by in-fighting on probably everything and be rendered impotent on the world scene at least for the next two years if not longer. Exactly what the terrorists wanted.

Let's move on and stop the namecalling.
Even though the Dems won, I still want the entire electoral process reviewed and recommendations implemented.
The Muslims won't be here in 30 days to blow up San Francisco, or any other American city, as a result of this election.
Muslims are going to wait and see what the Democratically control congress is going to do.
They still haven't figured out why Bush isn't totally in control anymore.
As Dems beginning legislation to further secure our borders and our ports, and reinstate the FBI's
team to track down OBL, the rest of the world will begin to see that America is no more vunerable now than it was before.
Nancy Pelosi is not going to try to ram a liberal agenda down America's throats.
After all, her constituents are not just from San Francisco. They are from all over the US and they consider themselves to be moderates.
Nancy isn't stupid. She knows that it is the responsibility of congress to work for their constituents.
There will be no impeachment proceedings begun, as Nancy has said that it is more important to work on the peoples business, rather than waste time reducing Bush's tenure by 1 year putting Cheney in charge.
That is a big difference from the Republicans who thought it was more important to procecute the president over lying about a blow job than actually doing the peoples' business.
Now, that feeling of responsibility will will be back.
The agenda will, now, be set for the benefit of the American people and not for a few special interests.
If you want to call government by the people socialism, so be it.
And Bush is going to be very cooperative, as he abandons his base and reaches out to the center.
He will not veto many bills that the Dems send to him, if he wants anything passed for himself.
He also will not be nominating any more unqualified or ultra-conservative Supreme court justices, should other vacancies occur.
As far as the war in Iraq is concerned, I don't think we will see many changes to his "secret plan for victory", although victory and the milestones to get there may become better defined.

Abandoning the base is the last thing Bush will do.
I say man the barricades and play like the donks, 24/7 obstruct, and move on to the next election to marginalize the results of the last.
Stick the Conservative judges in the donks face and laugh out loud at Schmukee. He can't do anything over a filibuster, you need 60 votes Schumkee, you forget how you did it?
And when the donks put the witch up in 2008, smear the crap out of her until it hurts. We need to get the drop bags loaded with nice fresh crap to dump at just the right time.

I predict hearings....more hearings....investigations....more investigations......some more hearings.....some more investigations.....and then impeachment....or at least an attempt. That would be the absolute best scenario for Republicans, and I personallly believe the Dems won't be able to resist.
