Is Hamas a "Resistance Movement"?
Some at the State Department have said so, though the official "terrorist" designation apparently remains unchanged.

Hamas was a resistance movement as far as internal PLO politics wer concerned. I mean they fought each other a lot, when they weren't murdering Israeli civilians WITH INTENT! They are terrrorists, and Rice mispoke, if you want my opinion
