Terrorists Love Peace Activists: Lee Tucker Propaganda Film

lee_tucker1.jpgIt's not so much that anti-war activists believe they are pro-terrorist as much as the fact that they are objectively pro-terrorist. That is, they share the same goals with terrorists in Iraq and thus, those terrorists support the peace activists.

Here are the links offered at a webpage which is run by the Islamic Army in Iraq's al Boraq Media. The site is composed of materials taken off a flash drive from a Marine, Spc. Lee Tucker, who was allegedly killed in an IED attack, who was also opposed to the war. The webpage is to promote a new propaganda film produced by the Islamic Army in Iraq which is aimed at American audiences.

However, I was unable to find any confirmation of Spc. Tucker's death. None. Which is interesting to find on a webpage about "Lee's life for lies", when apparently the premise of the website---that Spc. Tucker died for a lie--is in itself a lie! UPDATE: SITE institute confirms Lee Tucker alive. Laura Mansfield as well.

The Islamic Army in Iraq is the same terror organization that murdered American hostage Ronald Schulz and Italian Red Cross worker Enzo Baldoni---and dozens of other innocent civilians. All murdered on video. The group once had a working relationship with Abu Musab al Zarqawi.

In fact, near the end of the video a member of al Boraq interviews what it calls an American peace activist named "John Smith" from New York. There is no real difference between what the terrorist interviewer and the anti-war activist believe about the Iraq war. War for oil, imperialism, Zionists, etc.

Also, be sure to check out this webpage full of posters produced by the Islamic Army in Iraq. In addition to poor spelling, you will also notice the uncanny similarity between IAI propaganda and that of Code Pink and other antiwar groups.

Prominent among the links found at the terrorist website?

Code Pink
Golden Star Families for Peace
Bring Them Home Now!
Casey's Peace Page (Yes, Cindy Sheehan)
United for Peace and Justice
The Guerrero Azteca Project
Iraq Veterans Against the War (IVAW)
Military Families Speak Out
Mothers Against the Draft
Progressive Democrats of America
Veterans for Peace

Interestingly enough, I was looking at the source code for the page and Code Pink is so important to whoever designed the webpage for the Islamic Army in Iraq, that they insisted on putting the word "codepink" in the metadescription.

The next time some tinfoil conspiracy nut says that terrorists want us to keep fighting in Iraq, ask them to explain their explicit support of American peace activists. FYI--If you need further proof that "Lee Flash" is a website run by the propaganda arm of The Islamic Army of Iraq, just scroll to the very bottom of the page where it says "Managed by alboraq media organization 2007".

Also, a quick WHOIS search reveals that is registered to the same physical address as iasite.info--which is the website for the Islamic Army in Iraq!

Update by Vinnie: What a bunch of retarded tools. Bill in the comments is right, there are no Specialist ranks in the Marine Corps.

UPDATE 1/08: Lee Tucker is alive, well, and in Texas. Oh, and he's not anti-war. Bwahahahahaha!!!! We also have the Lee Tucker video up.

1 No SPC in the USMC that I'm aware of.  They do have corporals, though.

2 This is further evidence of a running theme. The terrorists are not fighting us in Iraq (or Afghanistan, et.al.) They know they are unable to beat us in the field. They are fighting us still right here at home, and using the fifth columnists to do their work for them. Pathetic, and ancient.

It was the same for George Washington, it was the same for Võ Nguyên Giáp. The press continues to carry these guy's water, and for very little trouble. Worse stilll, is that the left will bitch if we step up, and then bitches that we haven't.

3 I just went through the entire list of fallen soldiers on www.icasualties.org. I found only three soldiers with the last name of Tucker, none of them are named Lee.

Marine Lance Corporal Marc Lucas Tucker

Army National Guard Specialist Robert W. Tucker

Army Private First Class Thomas Lowell Tucker

4 Why does the Azteca group keep resurfacing in comunist/terrorist discussions?

Posted by: JohnJ at January 06, 2007 09:37 PM (yg3it)

5 More lies. Code 'pinko commies' and Azteca are supported by interests that want a weak America.

BohicaTwentyTwo, is there an easy way to see if Lee" might be a living Lance Cpl who just had his stuff stolen or something?

USA, all the way!

6 I also checked the Tucker's on the casualty lists.  Thomas L. Tucker was one of the soldiers kidnapped and later found murdered.  There is no indication that he is the one they are claiming to be referring to.

Before you paint everyone with a broad brush (you would not like it if people did that to you) I would suggest an alternative interpretation to the propaganda being spun.

By echoing arguments already promoted by Americans, these groups can make it <em>appear</em> as if they are saying the same thing and thus... <em>sound</em> as if they are being reasonable.  Some will buy that, just as some bought the myth that attacking Iraq was related to the attacks of 9/11.

But calling a cat a dog don't make it so.

There is no question that many soldiers serving are opposed to this war without end, the lack of exit strategy, the privatization of combat, and the lack of accountability both in the financial and operational realms.   However, there is also no question these same people have a deep and abiding commitment to defend their buddies.  It is a source of immense sadness to me that we have allowed political leaders to steal our future through an everchanging litany of half-truths, false statements, innuendo, intimidation, and outright lies.  That doesn't make Sadr (who I hear has the actual noose which they used on Saddam) any better.  It doesn't make the people who are holding the Americans hostage now any better.

Unfortunately, it does make the job of those seeking to recruit traumatized, confused, and desperate young men a hell of a lot easier.  Of course, once Iran is attacked they won't have to even have to work to recruit.   It's a shame.  The incompetence of the ideologues who refused to listen to seasoned professional commanders has driven us to a point where there are no good choices left.

be sent to war thoughtlessly, carelessly."

7 Anyone with an I.Q over 65 can tell that the pictures on the Jihadi site, are not of Pfc. Thomas Tucker.
That is why Background noise had a problem distinguishing between the two.

8 *sigh* you are really dense.  Everyone who has checked agrees there is no person of record to match their claim.  Even counting the Tucker who died in Afghanistan.  My point is there WAS a Tucker who was kidnapped and tortured in Youssifiyah (south of Baghdad) before he was killed.  That might be how this group wound up using the name.  If there is a connection between the two, it may be a possible lead to locate these people or the ones who killed the actual Tucker we are discussing.  Obviously they are different, since I provided the link with the picture, I thought it was clear enough I didn't need to mention it.  Unfortunately, you are so prejudiced you missed the point entirely.

9 No such rank as SPC (Specialist) in the Marines.

In the pictures on the web site he is wearing Desert BDU's which in 06
the Marines no longer wear notr have neither does the Army.

In one of the pictures you can see he has a shoulder patch which is for the First Air CAV an Army unit.

The certificate of training in combat Comms is from the Army.

What I think we have here is they found this thumb drive maybe after an
IED attack and made a propaganda film with it and course the
anti-war appeasment crowd loves it.

You've chosen an apt screen name, because everyone filters out your inane, droning comments.

Over 60 years ago, when England faced the prospect of a Nazi invasion and pacifist fools advocated nonviolence, George Orwell wrote "pacifism is objectively pro-fascist." Still true today.

You're absolutely right. Orwell stated many times that if you don't oppose totalitarian movements, you ipso facto support them.
