Iran Being Referred To Security Council

PARIS - World powers agreed Wednesday to send
Iran back to the
United Nations Security Council for possible punishment, saying the clerical regime has given no sign it means to negotiate seriously over its disputed nuclear program.
I fully expect the mullahs to knuckle under after a fierce, sustained campaign of Strongly Worded Letters, Fiery Denunciations, and the Harshest Of Criticisms.

You expect too much, even in satire. Do you honestly believe Russia or China will agree to sanctions upon Iran? China, ecnomically that is, can't.
There won't be sanctions, a letter that isn't completely appeased down to nothing more than a "Hey, how are you Mullahs doing?" nor a denunciation of any kind. The Security Council is a collosal error and has been since its inception, or at least with veto powered nations.
