"Kill, kill" the crowd yelled, pointing their fists up, when Rizieq shouted Bush's name, while the shouting of "America" was greeted with shouts of "Destroy, destroy".

Rizieq is an ass. Always has been. But the blogger you link to calling for a boycott of indonesia on the basis of what Rizieq and his pals say is nuts. He's not in the government, and has never been elected to any position. He did 7 months in jail for incitement to violence a few years ago.
Would it be nice if he were in jail again? Well, yeah. Sort of. The problem is that the secular Indonesian president has to deal with these guys strategically. Sometimes, jailing a loudmouth can make the loudmouth more popular. You or anyone can of course argue this is appeasement, it's the wrong approach, etc... but whatever is going on, it isn't evidence of bad faith on the part of the Indonesian state, whose current president susilo bambang yudohyono hates these guys (ask the US officers that knew him when he was at staff and command school at Ft. Leavenworth in the 1990s).
