'Hundreds of militants' Attack Pakistan

From worsening Taliban rallying point border region between Afghanistan and Pakistan:

Hundreds of militants fired rockets, killed one security official and kidnapped a school principal Wednesday in a northwestern town where police had slain two men accused of recruiting students for suicide attacks, police said.

The overnight raid underlined the strength of the militants and the weakness of Pakistani authorities in a swath of territory along the Afghan border where Taliban guerrillas fighting in Afghanistan find sanctuary. The United States fears al-Qaida is trying to regroup in the same area.

Several hundred gunmen launched the attack in Tank, a town in North West Frontier Province, sparking an hours-long battle that left at least one member of the paramilitary Frontier Constabulary dead...

Probably those damn Christians and their Bibles again. Damn Jooooos, too.

2 If the Pakistani's were at all serious about dealing with these f**kers, rather than giving them de-facto autonomy, they would join forces with the coalition/NATO to squeeze the terrorist vermin from both sides of the Afghanistan/Pakistan border.

3 I like the idea of sanctuary, it gives the toiletban a place to regroup, eat figs and consider the next best move to bring the fight to the world. It also translates into just a few coordinates, let them consolidate, let them all stand together as one, in a small..... tight .... area. Say cheese goat humpers!
