The al Qaed umbrella organization, The Islamic State of Iraq, has released a video showing the murder of 20 hostages. The Jawa Report has obtained a copy of the video. The graphic video and images from it are posted below.

The six minute video produced by al Qaeda in Iraq's media arm, al Furqan, shows the 20 captives wearing Iraq Army and police uniforms lined up. Several of the hostages are seen 'confessing'. One of the hostages urges his men to abandon the fight against Sunni terrorists. The hostages are then seen lined up outside and then shot one by one. Townhall, apparently relying on SITE, describes it this way:

The video shows a masked gunman walking down the row of captives, who had been blindfolded with their hands bound behind their backs. He shoots them one by one, sending each tumbling forward as two other masked militants walk alongside him, carrying a black banner of the Islamic State of Iraq.

A spokesman for the Iraqi Interior Ministry says that no police or army soldiers have gone missing. The spokesman claimed this was an elaborate hoax by al Qaeda. I cannot determine whether or not these were soldiers and policemen just by the uniforms. But in any event, these men were murdered.

Either they were civilians murdered by al Qaeda or, in the case of the army members, they were captured combatents murdered. Geneva Conventions?

Warning: Graphic video and images of what the so-called 'resistance' and 'insurgents' in Iraq are really like. They are bloody barbarians. Any one who would dare equivocate between the abuses at Abu Ghraib by soldiers who are being criminally prosecuted (more than 20) and the outright murders by the Iraqi 'resistance' who then produce sophisticated propaganda videos celebrating those murders, is a moral fool and an enemy of civilization.
