Hamas Website Poll - Interesting results.

After Howie posted yesterday about the Hamas poll, I re-printed it and posted it as a bulletin on MySpace. The bulletin was quickly picked up, and re-posted by many others.
As of 6:00 PM (EST) yesterday, the poll had nearly 700 votes, with a margin of 2% FOR and 98% AGAINST, with 0% UNDECIDED

Yet today, at 1:20 PM (EST) the poll has these results:

Now mathematics is not my best subject, but it seems to me these numbers just don't add up!
I am deeply shocked to discover Hamas would tamper with a poll to get their desired results! This should be reported to the United Nations immediately!
Please note the dripping sarcasm.

Update II by Howie: It seems there has been some kind of technical glitch with Hamas' English website. Terrible, just terrible, I was about to get vote for the fifth time today.

Update III: They are back online.
