It's pretty freekin sad when your argument & points are so weak that you yourself have such little faith in them, that you have to sock puppet your self. Maybe just maybe that would be a sign that if you have such little faith in your own thoughts you need not waste everyone elses time including your own posting them.

I use my actual name, so it does bug me when some else can't at least stick to the same nick'. It also bugs me when someone engages in identity theft, even as a joke. I don't appreciate having my name put to others words. USA, all the way!

Since that is my real name, I'll make a PSA, that I will consider filing suit against an individual posting under my name. Michael Weaver is TM and Copyright Michael Weaver. People who abuse my name will put it in some Google Cache with words that aren't mine. I don't intend to let that slide. Not even if I like you. Call it an over reaction if you like, but I'm serious.

did you know? you cant actually copyright your name. you can only trademark it. and then it can only be defended if someone is using the name to deliberately damage your profits.

Did you know that I happen to use my name as a publically assumed business name? Did you know that I was serious? If you want to publish content using my assumed business name, I will take action. First I'll collect a body of evidence though, so knock yourself out, if your prank is really worth it to you. I'll just start adding it up. For the record, I am dissapointed with anyone who feels they have to resort to that sort of tactic on an open forum like this. I really am. It just makes communication of ideas more difficult. How do you think it serves truth, when you disrupt an open forum with sock puppetry? How can you even pretend you are interested in adult discussion when you do things like that? I treat others as well as I can, with the occassional rant, but I always let them know its me, even if I get a little angry. It's the decent way to act. It's right!
