There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gasses is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth's atmosphere and disruption of the Earth's climate. Moreover, there is substantial scientific evidence that increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide produce many beneficial effects upon the natural plant and animal environments of the Earth. How 'bout them apples?
UPDATE: I'll keep posting this every time there's a wave of paranoid hysteria rippling through the MSM about "global warming:"

foisted upon mankind in modern history. Or, more probably, will be
buried deep down the memory hole as watched over by those more worthy
than us. Who are we to expect scientists to apply healthy doses
of skepticism, logical thought, and um scientific method to such a
problem when there is all this grant money floating about?
