1 Rosie is the only person on the planet I consider even more vile than Howard Dean, and that's saying a lot. I hope Donald sues her penniless.

3 If asked who I like less of the two, I'd say Rosie. But as a matter of principle I'm not going to side against her. What Trump is trying to do is kill free speech through lawsuit, and as an attorney I absolutely detest that. I can imagine a rich Saudi oil baron pulling the same thing on someone like Spencer if accused on Jihad Watch of supporting AQ. Even if a rich bully can't win in court, he gets the victory in practice because a) his critic gets sent to the poor house on a freight train of legal fees, and b) anyone else who sees it happen would feel too intimidated to say anything else in the future.

Screw Donald and Rosie both.

Free speech isn't an absolute right...try yelling "fire" in a crowded theater and see what happens.

Rosie O'Donut has a nasty habit of trash-talking anyone with whom she disagrees. That by itself isn't actionable, but if she's crossed over the line and engaged in libel (which I'm sure you're aware is not protected speech, what with you being a lawyer and all), then may The Donald sue the angry fat dyke into the poorhouse.
