I would like to thank you for posting the videos from Freedom Journal Iraq but... I have a few questions. Are we, the American taxpayers, paying for all these infrastructure improvements? If so, why? Itaq is sitting on the 3rd largest reserve of oil in the world. Will we be paid back?
Also, where is the U.S. State Dept.? It seems all these projects are being administered by the U.S. Army. Why is that and, why isn't more attention being paid to the lack of involvement of the State Dept.?
Maybe I am wrong, please set me straight.
