The logic of his argument is inescapable.
One correction though, he mentioned Canada cutting its defence budget. That was true under the liberals; the current conservative government genuinely understands the Jihadist threat and that the Canadian military has been neglected for far too long.

He won't make it official until his Paul Harvey duties are done and his obligations to Law and Order are fulfilled.....I'm guessing May.
The Paul Harvey gig is a great platform for him to nail down any issues that he has not defined himself on sufficiently.
