He won't appeal to the socialist cheese brains, and his southern stuff won't fly in New Jersey. Perhaps by toying with New Mexico, New Hampshire, Hawaii, etc., he might pull it off, but it looks to me like Pennsylvania is the must win state for Fred.
Rudy, on the other hand, would win in a Reagan-style landslide. I support Fred, but I really think he has to have Rudy on the ticket to win.
