Flying Imams : Will the Dept. of Transportation Sue U.S. Air?

It's an open question. So far, the USDoT has generally sided with passengers alleging discrimination and against airlines. Will the case of the Flying Imams be any different?

When U.S. Airways is sued, will it stick up for itself, or will it roll over like the other airlines have? If it rolls over, what will it agree to do in order to avoid "undue vigilance?" What effect will that have on airport security?

If you care, I suggest you let some people hear from you. First, I recommend you express support for U.S. Airways and its employees who have worked to keep us safe:

Doug Parker, Chairman & CEO, US Airways
Scott Kirby, President, US Airways
Corporate Headquarters Location
111 W. Rio Salado Parkway
Tempe, AZ 85281

Corporate Headquarters: 480-693-0800 (General information number)
Customer relations telephone: 866-523-5333
Customer relations fax: 480-693-2300

Next, I'd contact the USDoT and encourage them to support U.S. Airways:
Mary E. Peters
Secretary of Transportation

1 US AIR should make the first move and sue the imams for the expense of having to kick them off the plane for misbehaving.

2 Considering that the entire US government is rife with traitors, spies, and infiltrators, it's essentially no bet that the government will come down on US Air. What we need is a nuke to land in DC so that we can be free to fight.
