Describes succintly the difference between conservative judges and Liberal ones. Liberal judges think it's their job to make the world a "better place" (i.e., they are "activists"), while conservative judges simply interpret the law. Most Libs don't get it, and the few who do find nothing wrong with their approach. So it's very important that you vote GOP and not let a Liberal come within a hundred miles of Congress or a judgship.

The ACLU is one twisted organization. They see everything through liberal rose colored glasses, rather you like it or not. This is why judges who interpret what is written, rather than make it up is what you want on the bench. I doubt Nadine got the point that her way could one day result in all hard conservatives on the court -- that would be fun. She was way to busy flapping her gums to have heard anything.
