Hillary: Enforcing Law Equals 'Police State'

I'm not sure who Hillary thinks she's fooling with this one. From boston.com news:

WASHINGTON --Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, a potential White House candidate in 2008, said Wednesday some Republicans are trying to create a "police state" to round up illegal immigrants.

Speaking at a rally of Irish immigrants, Clinton criticized a bill the House passed in December that would impose harsher penalties for undocumented workers.

"Don't turn your backs on what made this country great," she said, calling the measure "a rebuke to what America stands for."

Clinton said it would be "an unworkable scheme to try to deport 11 million people, which you have to have a police state to try to do."

Illegal immigration made this country great? How so? And of course, if we do as Hillary says, and surrender to the flood of illegals, how long before the Democrat party begins registering those 11 million to vote?

2 when is someone who actually holds elective office going to stand up and say, "Our immigration system is out of date and no longer working, it is time to restart from scratch."

3 Enforcing the law equals police state, but sending in the Gestapo to burn out some religious nuts, and to assassinate a rural Idaho family is just okey dokey. Liberals are scum and should all be killed.

We need to position the miltary at our borders and gun down all mexicans and other filth that attempts to cross our borders. No exceptions. A family running across; bullets in the heads of every one including children and infants who will just grow up to bleed our great country dry.

Hillary can eat it.

6 You're a fraud. no one even remotely agree's with you here.

8 Sorry, I can't see Hillary as president.

I can however see Bill Clinton as the First Lady.

9 USA Patriot, once again, you should either go to Stormfront, or back to Kos. You're just making a fool of yourself here.

10 Who IS this guy?

Posted by: Oyster at March 09, 2006 03:41 PM (rf0W8)

11 stormfront is for racists which i am not.
i have no idea what kos is.

i do however endorse death to all of America's enemies which includes arabs.

12 Best go place a shotgun in your mouth then, because you are a threat to America's ideals moron.

Posted by: davec at March 09, 2006 04:06 PM (CcXvt)

13 USA patriot is a fool - regardless of where ever he came from.

Oh - reference Hillary. Wow! She really is shotgunning all over the spectrum! I'm still waiting for two different (and opposite) opinions on the same day.

To me, this is classic fishing for a "catch cause" - and a clear sign of weakness. Take a lil' interest in her Senate race - something may be afoot. We may have a darkhorse developing here in NY - one very sharp and tough Irish broad itching to fight the wimping entrenched GOP here and the Lady In Pink.

14 Actually, if you think about it. We're telling this guy/girl/whatever to take a hike, yet we haven't said the same thing to IM. Not trying to stir up any trouble, but it's true. I understand that we kinda know IM and we have developed a rapport with him. But well, you know what I'm saying.

Posted by: Oyster at March 09, 2006 04:31 PM (rf0W8)

15 Oyster

Not in so many words - cause we like him and consider him a friend and a "character". Let's no go there - no one gains from it. maxie - don't pop a bloodvessel!

Posted by: hondo at March 09, 2006 04:38 PM (fyKFC)

16 He won't. I think he understands what I'm saying.

Posted by: Oyster at March 09, 2006 04:44 PM (rf0W8)

17 You say that, but IM and I had a disagreement about the very same on another thread. I might not agree with IM's opinion, but he has other interesting perspectives -- unlike this moron who's only contribution is to equate any issue into killing Mexicans/Arabs men, women and children.

Posted by: davec at March 09, 2006 05:17 PM (CcXvt)

18 Okay so I didn't elucidate that properly. My point is that if we're worried about that this guy makes us look bad, as some have said in the last couple threads (and frankly, I don't care about what others think of me personally) anyone who walks in here for the first time will se this guy being berated and see similar comments made by IM and no such admonishments made toward him and will immediately wonder why. I think IM has some very good insights, but it's because I've been hanging around long enough to know that.

Sure, I think this guy is an idiot too. I'm only bringing up a point I wish now that I hadn't. Just an observation. If IM wants to let me have it then I'm ready. I won't get any further into it.

Yeesh.

19 Well of course. She wants to protect all criminals as they are likely to vote for people like her.

20 Oyster, it's my opinion that AP is an agent provocateur from some Leftie site. A sheep in wolf's clothing.

That said, maybe IM could tone down his invective a tad.

21 Just like Hondo said, IM is some kind of "character". He got most of the time a very insightful point of view, but he exagerate (sometimes too much) about muslims.

In another way, I don't mind reading harsh things about them. It seems that everybody else can say whatever they want except when it comes to them. That's why I keep reading this blog everyday since I found it on the web. It quite balances for all the stupidities I hear all day long in the MSM of my city/province/country.

Hope I made myself clear enough so you could understant. My English's not quite good enough!

22 Good point Oyster, because some of USAP's posts seem to be copied and pasted from mine, but I think he's just trying to stir up trouble, since he appeared at roughly the same time as greg and his idiot friends. My enmity for muslims is no secret, likewise my hatred for all of America's enemies, but that is where we part company.
I do not advocated violence against illegal aliens, though I do wish the idiots in government would do something to secure our borders, because not one living soul should be allowed to come into this country without following all proper legal channels, no matter who they are or where they come from. I do advocate changing old laws, enacting new ones, and taking strong measures to secure the borders and stem the flow of enemies and potential enemies into this country.
I also advocate citizens getting involved in stopping the invasion of our country by foreign nationals, which is exactly what it is, regardless of reason, and I oppose all efforts by liberals and other enemies of America, including both political parties, whom I consider no better than traitors and whores, to weaken the social fabric of our nation and dilute its culture for their own financial gain.
We, the People, are caught between our enemies at home and abroad, and a corrupt, self-serving government which seeks to appease and placate them with our blood and wealth. We are being sold out bit by bit, and it will not end until we take back our country, and we will probably have to take arms to do so. When my forefathers put on the Continental blue and took up arms aganst Britain, their lawful, sovreign government; they committed a defacto act of rebellion and were treated as traitors, but they fought for against tyranny for the sake of liberty. Who is any one of us to do less?

Posted by: Improbulus Maximus at March 10, 2006 08:25 AM (0yYS2)

23 I'm 100% percent on board with every word there, IM. And the government who does not put into action these very ideas is comprised of both liberals and conservatives. The libs are overt about what they think and the cons just give us lip service and do little or nothing. Ech side has their own agenda in allowing this mass migration. The libs do it for votes and the cons think they're helping the economy.

The minutemen who staged themselves along the borders to assist in catching these illegals are patriots regardless of who calls them "vigilantes". I could have throttled Bush myself for that remark.

Posted by: Oyster at March 10, 2006 09:40 AM (rf0W8)

24 "Liberals" and "Conservatives" in government are both bizarre combinations of whores, thieves, and fanatics, and though they may dislike one another, they will work together to ensure that nobody presents a challenge to their absolute, despotic power - especially not We, the People. The ballot box is stuffed; the jury box is packed; the cartridge box is all that's left to us to set America straight.
America cannot be fixed without a cleansing, and will continue to decline until we rise up and take our country back from the whores whom we have allowed to steal it, or until the day when one of our enemies abroad, with technology given away and sold by our own citizens, (all liberals, oddly enough), turns our capitol city into glowing ruins, and thus doing us an immeasurable favor by freeing us from our own government, and allowing our military to retaliate in kind to an infinite magnitude.
